Welcome
For some reason DVS 2015 was not meant to be, but another year, another opportunity! Although this was the second time we produced our beloved shiraz, this year still came with its challenges, like a healthy fly colony for example...
In the end we managed to produce way more wine than the first year and we even ended up distributing the remaining bottles across the Dutch Vally Shiraz wine makers. We believe we handled the killing of the natural yeast a bit better this year which gives our 2016 shiraz a more pleasant smell and a better aftertaste. Since we also used corks this year, we have faith the wine will age well and be perfectly drinkable in ten years!
